Woman caught in viral Hayes Valley video reportedly won't face charges

Charges will reportedly not be filed against the woman who was arrested last month after berating a Hayes Valley bartender and then allegedly assaulting employees outside the restaurant. A video of the altercation went viral on Instagram in December with millions of views.
Officer Robert Rueca, a spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Department, told TMZ earlier this week that public intoxication charges were not referred to the district attorney’s office for prosecution and no other charges will be filed.
