Amid such darkness, when a nation declares unwavering solidarity with the oppressed, it transcends ordinary diplomacy, standing as a bold act of defiance. Pakistan’s steadfast and unambiguous support for Palestine exemplifies this rare moral courage, shining as a torch of integrity against global indifference and a testament to principled statecraft.

Islamabad harbours no delusions about its place in the hierarchy of global power. Pakistan wields no veto in distant council chambers, commands no fleets to reshape maps and cannot alone shatter the chains of injustice. Yet, precisely because of these limitations, its refusal to bend becomes all the more profound. Pakistan has chosen—deliberately, defiantly—to remain steadfastly anchored to its historic, identity-defining stance: that Palestinian liberation is not negotiable, that freedom must precede any contrived “security” arrangement and that no force on earth will compel it to participate in the disarming or subjugation of legitimate resistance.
