Glen Miller had been charged with burglary following a break in at Richard James Jewellers in Regent Road, Great Yarmouth.

The 54-year-old, of Marine Parade, Yarmouth, pleaded guilty to burglary between May 19 and 22 last year when jewellery of an unknown value was taken.

Miller also pleaded guilty to two separate drugs offences, including being concerned in the supply of cocaine between November 5, 2023 and February 10, 2024.

He also admitted possession of cannabis on February 12, 2024 at the plea and trial preparation (PTPH) hearing at Norwich Crown Court, sitting at the magistrates' court, on Monday (March 9).

The case was adjourned until May 11 for sentence in order that a pre-sentence report can be carried out.

But Miller, who appeared via video-link from HMP Norwich, was warned by Recorder John Brooke-Smith that custody was "the most likely outcome".
