Elvis Vickers, 47, was charged with murder after police were called to reports a man had been stabbed at a property in Mousehold Street, Norwich, at 10.15pm on November 1 last year.

An initial Home Office post-mortem examination showed the man’s death was consistent with a stab wound to the chest.
