Colin Shadbolt has been charged with affray following an incident outside his home address in Manor Road, Dersingham, near King's Lynn.

It is understood a woman - who was not known to the defendant - had a bow and arrow pointed at her by Shadbolt.

He is believed to have appeared at the window holding the weapon before he made threats to her.
