The incident happened on Queens Road, which runs to St Stephen's roundabout into the city.

An eyewitness reported the fire service, police and ambulance service attended and described the situation as "serious".

Vehicles from the ambulance service were pictured parked in Queens Road, at the junction with Hall Road.

The circumstances of what happened are still unknown.

Norfolk police has been contacted for comment.
