Sholeh Linsley, from Poringland, dropped six dress sizes, going from size 24 to a 10-12 with the help of her local Slimming World group.

She joined at the end of 2024 after meeting consultant Hayley Hooper at a Covid vaccination clinic and received the first 12 weeks free through a Norfolk County Council scheme.

It took her a year to lose the weight and she said it has "completely changed" her life.

“I feel great, look great in my clothes, and I’m so much more active," she said.

"Life feels easier, and I finally have the energy and strength to cope with everything I need to do.”

Ms Linsley can now move with ease, her blood pressure medication has been reduced and she no longer suffers from indigestion.

Caring for her disabled son has become much easier physically and everyday activities, such as climbing stairs, walking, and shopping, are now effortless.
