Norwich City Council planners have given the green light for Sanjay Kaushal, the applicant behind the plans, to make a few tweaks to his proposals to transform the former Norfolk Clinic on Magdalen Road into five flats.

Mr Kaushal can now add five study rooms, one in each flat, and create a new route to the top-floor homes.
