Kwan Chan, the man proposing a pavement licence for Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen, wants to offer seating for waiting customers or those wanting to enjoy a cup of coffee at the all-you-can-eat restaurant.

If allowed by Norwich City Council's licensing committee, Mr Chan will have three tables and six chairs outside the London Street business, under the canopy.
