Supreme Court orders refund of Rs 5 crore penalty to Art of Living in Yamuna damage case

The Supreme Court has ordered the DDA to refund the Rs 5 crore penalty paid by the Sri Sri Ravi Shankar-led Art of Living foundation. The court said there was no direct evidence that the organisation’s 2016 cultural festival damaged the Yamuna floodplains.
