Opinion: What happens to health care if Alberta separates?

Whatever your views on the federal government, one thing is clear about separation: Even in the best-case scenario outlined in a report commissioned by the provincial government not-so-subtly pushing separation, separation would cost Albertans billions. And it could not come at a worse time for a health-care system already struggling to meet Albertans’ basic needs.
