Chef Alex Clare, the founder of catering company Edge and winner of Norfolk Chef of the Year 2017, has partnered with Noko Retreats on Church Road in Ringsfield, near Beccles, to create a new dining experience.

The site features a formal restaurant showcasing Mr Clare's signature dishes, alongside a casual café and shop stocked with locally sourced produce.

Visitors can find favourites such as Fen Farm Dairy cheeses and yogurts, as well as Edge specialties like its beef wellingtons.

Looking ahead, the destination will continue to grow, with the addition of luxury lodges at the end of summer.

Guests staying at the retreat will have access to curated food, drink, and local goods provided by the Edge and Noko teams.

Mr Clare had said: "EDGE//NOKO is about creating a place people want to return to.

"We wanted it to feel like more than just one thing - somewhere people can come for great food, to shop local, to spend time together and to enjoy the whole experience."
