The pub, which sits on the edge of Sotterley Park, had undergone nine months of renovation before the former publicans reopened the venue in April 2025.

The property, which includes three-bedroom private accommodation, has space to accommodate 25 cars and a garden that seats around 52 customers.

The pub previously offered food and a range of ales, both sourced locally, and hosted music events.

The marketing description describes the business as a "two storey period property under a pitched tiled roof" which also features "traditional pub décor throughout".

A floorplan shows the central bar area with two adjoining restaurant rooms and a large trade kitchen to the rear.

The historic pub had also previously been run by Cloe and Matthew Mills, who are now in charge of the CAMRA award-winning pub, The Old Tap in Beccles.
