Owners John and Betty Warnes applied to East Suffolk Council to subdivide the former Bungay Pet Supplies store at 19 Market Place, which closed earlier this year after serving customers for almost 100 years.

In April, its owners announced the decision to shut their doors, bringing an end to a remarkable chapter in the town's retail history.
