The Fyffe Centre, a homeless hostel in Lowestoft, was run by Access Community Trust until the charity ceased operations and entered administration earlier this year.

Management of the centre was taken over by Orwell Housing Association on March 1.

One former tenant, Kirsty Ryan, who lived at the centre between July 2025 and last month, said the conditions she experienced left her out of pocket and feeling unfairly treated.
