Closed town centre pub put on the market after gallery plans scrapped

The White Swan, in Bungay, has been closed since at least 2018 and is now being marketed for £230,000 by estate agent William H Brown.

The property, which sits beside Bungay's Norman Castle – a Grade-1 listed landmark – has a long and varied history, having previously operated under names including The Swan Inn and Swanson's.

Recent proposals to redevelop the building were abandoned earlier........
