A trial, expected to last three days, was put in the warned list for March 15, 2027.
It means the case could go ahead anytime within two weeks after that date.
A pre-trial review is expected to take place on March 11, 2027.
Ian James appeared for the prosecution, while John Morgans represented Hewson.
