Bomb scare case closed after tracking device discovered under car
A probe launched after a suspicious object had been found under a black Audi vehicle in Bank Plain last September last year has now been closed, police have revealed.
The drama unfolded on the afternoon of September 11, after a member of the public spotted a man placing something under a car in the city centre and told its owner, Bresnik Ademaj.

Three men - two in their 50s and one in his 50s - were subsequently arrested on suspicion of stalking in connection with the incident.
They were bailed pending further enquiries.

But a Norfolk Police spokesman has confirmed the case is now closed and none of the three arrested will face any further action.

He said: "The incident has been fully investigated, and all lines of enquiry have been exhausted. We would like to thank the public with their assistance with this matter.
"The case has now been closed but as always, we would fully review any new information provided to us."
Police and bomb disposal experts were sent to the scene, where they carried out a controlled explosion.
Officers eventually discovered the device was a tracker, rather than a bomb.
Speaking in September last year, Mr Ademaj - an Albanian businessman who has lived in Norwich since 2000 - said: "There are people out to get me. It is all because I am a successful businessman."
