Planners at Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) have rejected a proposal to construct a detached private bungalow on land in Fleggburgh.

The plans, submitted by Mr Richard Colman, would have seen the creation of a bungalow with a garage and driveway on land to the east of Marsh Road and south of the Rye Gardens development.

The proposed development, which is bordered to the north by four two-storey detached homes, would have seen the construction of three bedrooms with an open plan kitchen and living area.
