Zack Garrido, 25, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a Tesla Model 3 struck Paul Leavy on South Beach Parade on August 27, 2024.

Mr Leavy, a father-of-two, died at the scene following the crash on the Golden Mile at around 9.45pm.
