Thousands of pupils, including those in Dereham, Fakenham, Reepham, and Wells-next-the-Sea, learnt their grades today.

The long-awaited results will help them progress onto either sixth form, college, or training.

Plenty of delighted faces were seen in photos posted to Dereham Neatherd High School and Northgate High School's Facebook pages.

A spokesman for Neatherd said there were "lots of smiles and happy tears" and wished students "the very best in their next steps".

A Northgate spokesman added: "Once again, we are hugely proud of the efforts of our students, who have been justly rewarded for their commitment and hard work.
