The freehold for the units, which are both each let to established tenants on an industrial estate in Lowestoft, went under the hammer this week.

The light industrial units - situated next to one another at 93-95 Norwich Road on the Norwich Road Industrial Estate, - were marketed by Auction House East Anglia as they were offered at an online sale on Wednesday, March 25.

The light industrial properties, which were available on a freehold tenure, had an estimated guide price of £130,000 to £160,000 plus fees.

A property description from the auctioneers said: "Two adjoining light industrial units currently let providing a joint income of £14,500 per annum.

"The property comprises two self-contained industrial warehouse buildings on the same freehold title, each let to established tenants, providing an immediate, income-producing investment with potential for longer-term asset management - subject to lease terms and consents.

"Each unit is suitable for a range of trade, storage, light industrial and distribution uses - subject to any planning restrictions.

"They include open warehouse space, and ancillary areas including office/WC, depending on the unit."

A spokesman for the auctioneers said the lot had sold for £130,000.
