Solly Dickson, of Belvoir Court in Haverhill, was arrested on the A11 at Elveden on Monday.

The 22-year-old was taken to Bury St Edmunds police investigation centre for questioning and charged with possession of Class A cocaine, Class B, cannabis, driving without a driving licence and driving without insurance.

Dickson was remanded to appear before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (April 15).
