People living on Spinney Close - believed to be named after the small woodland that surrounds the cul-de-sac - have described how Anne Egglestone, 63, who has 19 previous convictions, has for years been shouting, swearing and intimidating her neighbours.

One neighbour described how her and partner are no longer able to enjoy their back garden because Egglestone will begin swearing at them over the fence.

The disturbances have been going on for at least six years and have escalated to the point where neighbours are now installing additional CCTV around their property to protect themselves and their family.
