Last WW2 fighter plane to be built thunders over village flower show
The Hawker Hurricane flew over the Old Hunstanton Flower Festival on Saturday afternoon, on almost the exact anniversary of its maiden flight.
The single-engined plane, which was the last of thousands to be built during the conflict first took to the skies on July 22, 1944.
A small crowd gathered in the sunshine outside the village's St Mary's Church to see it arrive.
