Silver Road in Norwich is currently closed.

One eyewitness said fire crews appeared to be using the aerial platform ladder to get to a window of a property on the road.

The exact nature of the incident is currently unknown.

The East of England Ambulance Service and Norfolk Constabulary have been contacted for comment.
