The display, created by 200 LED-lit drones, will take place along the seafront at 10pm tonight.

It replaces the town’s regular fireworks, which were cancelled due to a national wildfire alert.

"The show will go on," Asa Morrison, chief executive of Visit Great Yarmouth, said. "We were determined to deliver and not disappoint so we are working with Lumina to light up the skies over the Golden Mile instead of fireworks this week.
