The Edmonton Elks host the BC Lions on Saturday with a trip to the 113th Grey Cup on the line.

There are so many storylines to watch in the Western Final presented by Wegovy®, including some I dove into earlier this week. IT'S BEEN A WHILE FOR THEM BOTH

The BC Lions and Edmonton Elks are both just one win away from getting to the 113th Grey Cup. And for both teams, it's been a minute since they've reached that feat.

The Lions' last appearance in the championship game was in 2011, following their epic turnaround after starting that season 0-5. They defeated the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to hoist the coveted trophy that year.

Edmonton's last appearance was in 2015, when the Double E took down Ottawa to win the Grey Cup.........
