Illegal Aliens Who Murder Citizens Should Face Firing Squads

Using military tribunals and service member firing squads would send a strong message to murderous migrants;

I have long maintained that illegal aliens who murder US citizens should be tried by military tribunal. It is an 'act of war' by an 'enemy combatant' to use Patriot Act terminology, which should be handled by service members.

Those leery of the Patriot Act can draft separate legislation empowering military tribunals and firing squads to combat this national security threat.

I contend the same should be done to illegal alien rapists whose citizen victims survive sexual assault. Battlefield behavior of this sort is rightly called a 'war crime'.

Service member firing squads would serve notice that deportation is the least worry supremely violent migrants face.

Cases like these below are why I have this stance:

It surprises me that the Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) or other homeland security advisors haven't urged him to seek capital punishment by the armed forces in response to citizens slain by violent invaders.

To his credit, President Trump has called for federal capital punishment in the viral Iryna Zarutska case:

While suspect is a citizen, the chief executive demonstrates necessary political will to impose a supreme penalty for the supreme crime.

A precedent proceeding for military tribunal trial and firing squad execution could be the Decara Thompson case, a young Maryland woman raped, murdered and thrown off of a bridge by a supremely violent invader of this country:

Using military tribunals and service member firing squads would send a strong message to murderous migrants.

It truly surprises me this isn't being pursued by the current administration. It's a legal battle worth fighting.
