After a five-and-a-half-year absence, Tom Cotton has recently discovered a state called Arkansas. Pretending that he cares about Arkansas and the welfare of its citizens, he's parachuted in and out of Arkansas-Cotton-friendly spaces. The sole purpose of these cosmetic three- to five-minute made-for-TV ads is political theater whose intention is to ameliorate his dour image.

On Sept. 11, the ADG reported that his spokesperson claimed that Cotton "wants to put money back in the pockets of working Arkansans by continuing to lower taxes" (by $3,000 as per a TV ad). This is as good a promise as Donald Trump's $2,000 tariffs rebate and $5,000 checks.

As per his ad nauseam demeaning and misogynistic........
