After months – years – of anticipation and rhetoric, Election Day is finally here. After one final pitch to voters in the crucial swing states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Michigan, former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris have come to the end of their bruising, blustering and, yes, unprecedented campaigns.

Nearly 78 million Americans have already cast their ballots early, and millions more will head to the polls Tuesday – our columnists among them.
