Spend any time on X, and you might think that American forces in the Middle East are verging on collapse. Mighty Iran has defeated us soundly and we have accomplished literally nothing except wasting American lives. 

Why would someone think this? Damned if I know, but the leftists on social media and much of cable news sure seem to think so. That's what they keep saying, at least, with them absolutely losing their minds over an F-15 being shot down and taking it as proof that Iran is going to emerge victorious.

Never mind that they likely used a shoulder-fired missile to take down the plane, and that's the most likely scenario since that's literally all they have left to shoot at our aircraft. Never mind that their air force looks like it had a close encounter with the aliens from Independence Day. Never mind that their navy consists of coral reefs and dreams at this point.
