I am writing to thank you. I don’t think you have heard much of that lately. But I think it’s about time someone said it out loud where the media and naysayers can’t ignore it. 

I remember sitting in your office in January 2023 after you announced you were running again. I was there at Mar-a-Lago that day as well. The energy in the room was palpable. Two months later, when we met in your office, I saw something unmistakable in your countenance. You have seen the security briefings. You knew what was coming. You knew where our nation was heading. And I think you knew you were the only one who could alter the course. 

I felt the unwavering conviction in your eyes as you took the time to listen to the heart of a mother deeply concerned for the future of our country. I could see the weight you carried. I heard it in your voice. You knew what it meant to enter the race. The sacrifices you would have to make. The decisions you would have to bear. What you would be up against. What it would mean for your family. But the resolve in your face was clear—you were fully committed to face all odds and fight for the country you so dearly love.
