Taking Action on Walz’s Minnesota Fraud Scandal |
The ACLJ just filed five separate Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Minnesota Government Data Practices Act requests at both the federal and state levels. These requests target (then Biden’s) HHS, the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, the Governor’s Office, and other agencies connected to these grants.
These FOIAs will answer questions pertaining to the fake daycares, empty autism centers, and sham child “Learing” centers that didn’t exist but billed the government anyway. Billions meant for vulnerable families and seniors vanished while Gov. Tim Walz looked the other way for years.
