Rikuday Festival’s 10th Edition Unites 2,000 Through Dance and Art |
The 10th edition of Rikuday – Dance and Art Festival of the Congregação Israelita Paulista (CIP) – gathered more than two thousand people last Sunday at the Memorial da América Latina, in a celebration marked by intergenerational encounters, and the power of art as a connecting force. As part of the institution’s 90th anniversary celebrations, the event reaffirmed its place as one of the community’s most important cultural gatherings.
With programming throughout the day, the audience experienced a wide range of artistic expressions that highlighted the festival’s plural character. Dance performances in the morning and at the closing brought together more than 300 dancers from 20 groups, filling the auditorium to capacity.
