Kfir Bibas, who was taken hostage by Hamas at 9 months, celebrated his first birthday, Israel suffered its deadliest day of this war, and The Hague decided to lecture Israel. All in one week.

We’ve been in tight spots before. When Egypt was behind us and a raging sea in front of us, our nation panicked, bickered, and nearly broke down.

It was then that Hashem communicated the message that has guided us ever since: Move Forward.

You have a mission, and there is a destination. Move towards it.

What are we to do when the ICC prosecutes the victim and not the perpetrator? How should we respond when the UN condemns the peacemaker in place of the warmonger? When the world marches in support of the captor and ignores the captive, what action do we take?

We align with our mission and move forward.

We recall that we are a nation with a purpose and goal. We have been called upon to make the presence of the creator known and spread justice, peace, and purpose.

We stay focused on our goal and move forward towards it.

Our job is to step into the sea. It’s Hashem’s role to split it. Advertisement

Take action. Any action.

Here is an idea: Wear a Kippah for a week. Let the world know you are Jewish and proud.

It will change your life. People will come over to you in the malls and apologize for what is happening to Israel. In airports, people will offer you a blessing, and more than anything else, you will be an ambassador of the Jewish people wherever you go. You will show the world Am Yisroel Chai.

Try it for one week. Move forward.
