This document presents a sequence of warning signs and critical scenarios indicating a continuous and rapid erosion of the social fabric, public health, and national resilience of the State of Israel. These trends, if not halted immediately, pose a tangible threat to the future of the state and its citizens. We call upon decision-makers to immediately initiate a national emergency project to reverse these trends. We also call upon the citizens to awaken and mobilize the necessary civil initiatives to save the situation. Without a proper response, we must ask whether our children and grandchildren will have a secure and good future here, in this land.
