Two EA-18G Growler aircraft crashed into one another during close aerial maneuvering on Sunday, with all four crewmembers ejecting safely and no reports of injuries on the ground.

All four crew members are safe following a mid-air collision between two United States Navy EA-18G Growlers at the Gunfighter Skies Air Show at Mountain Home Air Force Base (AFB), Idaho, on Sunday. The incident occurred just after noon local time during an aerial demonstration.

Both of the aircraft were from the Electronic Attack Squadron 129 (VAQ-129) “Vikings,” based at Whidbey Island, Washington. Both pilots and electronic warfare officers were able to eject and were being evaluated by medical personnel on Sunday afternoon, the base confirmed in a media statement.
