The MV-75 Cheyenne has crucial advantages over conventional helicopters, but is mechanically simpler—and therefore more reliable—than the V-22 Osprey.

The MV-75 Cheyenne II is a next-generation US Army tilt rotor aircraft. The production version of the Bell V-280 Valor, the MV-75 was developed under the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program to replace the UH-60 Black Hawk with a platform offering two times the speed and range.
