It is an extremely shameful and preposterous statement by the chief executive of a province which has suffered 3,811 (71%) terrorist attacks out of 5,397 that occurred all over the country during 2025, and where terrorists using Afghan soil continue to target security and law-enforcing agencies almost every day.
