21 May marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan. Over the past 75 years, standing together through thick and thin, China-Pakistan relations have withstood the tests of an evolving international landscape, remaining as solid as a rock and as stable as China’s Mount Tai. We have forged an ironclad friendship “higher than the Himalayas, deeper than the ocean, sweeter than honey”, setting a model for state-to-state relations.
