How did Spa City get so far in debt?
It’s hard to believe Saratoga Springs is $3.5 million in the hole, with all they have going for them.
There’s the race track; a bustling downtown where you can’t ever find a parking spot; and two golf courses where one is so busy you can’t get on it and the other is over $100 to play.
Then there’s SPAC and a lot more to do around town. I don’t understand how a place that has so much going for them can be so far in the red.
