Relief. Vindication. A happy conclusion.
On Friday evening, jurors in state Supreme Court in Schenectady County ruled unanimously that St. Clare’s and five pension administrators were liable to pay $54.2 million to more than 1,100 pensioners of St. Clare’s Hospital who lost all or part of their retirement savings.
