Tom Kane, prolific ‘Star Wars and ‘Powerpuff Girls’ voice actor, dead at 64
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Voice actor Tom Kane, known for his work on “Star Wars,” “The Powerpuff Girls” and popular video games like “Call of Duty,” has died at 64.
Kane died Monday in Kansas City, Mo., according to TMZ, IMDb and others.
Probably best known as the voice of Professor Utonium on “The Powerpuff Girls,” Kane had a career as a voice actor that spanned decades.
Born in Kansas’s Overland Park, he was a graduate of the University of Kansas, with his career beginning as a teen doing commercial voiceover work.
