Scott Jennings says end ballot harvesting in Los Angeles!  

Well, fans of Spencer Pratt are losing hope, with late returns showing Nithya Raman overtaking him in the Los Angeles mayoral race. Many conservatives are particularly outraged about this, since returns on actual Election Day a week ago had him defeating her, but ever since, ballots have trickled in, and these have gone dramatically for Raman. 

I should note that the mere fact that so many of these late ballots were against Pratt is not necessarily surprising. Republicans are very against mail-in voting, and Trump has urged his people to vote in-person, rather by mail. Moreover, it’s true that many Dems in California — and remember, the state is........
