EXPOSED: Graham Platner’s wife warned campaign about texts! 

Graham Platner’s campaign for Senate in Maine has been rocked by yet another scandal. As if the Nazi tattoo wasn’t enough, Platner’s wife apparently informed his campaign staff right at the outset of his run that he had previously swapped sexually explicit texts with other women. Amy Gertner, Platner’s wife, was concerned that those messages might resurface and hurt him. And now they have.  

The Wall Street Journal first reported the allegations. These come after numerous other controversies involving Platner, including his bizarre posts on Reddit forums over the years. His defenders have said, well, Platner was a Marine, and he talks like a Marine, thus the tattoo, the coarse language, weird jokes about sexual behavior in public restrooms.  

Never Trump strategist and Bulwark publisher Sarah Longwell says this is all forgivable because Platner is:
