Mace vows to be ‘more of a menace than ever’ following election loss
Outgoing Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) on Thursday vowed to be “more of a menace than ever” as her term winds down.
Responding to comedian Rob Schneider praising her as the “champion we didn’t deserve,” Mace wrote on social platform X, “Never thought I’d get my Congressional send-off from Deuce Bigalow.”
Schneider played Deuce Bigalow, a fishtank cleaner who becomes a male escort, in the 1999 film “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo.”
Mace added, “Don’t worry sir, I promise to be more of a menace than ever. There is nothing to hold me back. Thank you for the kind words @RobSchneider.”
The South Carolina Republican came in fifth place in the GOP gubernatorial primary in her state on Tuesday. Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette (R), with the backing of President Trump, and state Attorney General Alan Wilson (R) advanced to a June 23 runoff.
