Trump talks of possibility of meeting Iran’s supreme leader

President Trump on Thursday said he would be “honored” to meet with Iran’s supreme leader if a deal is made to end the war. 

“I don’t want to meet, but if I did meet, I’d be honored to meet him,” Trump said in the Oval Office. “I’d like to see if we make a deal, but if we make a deal, it’s possible I would meet him.”

“I’d be OK with that,” he said. 

Trump was asked by Fox’s Peter Doocy whether he thought there might be “hard feelings” between Trump and the new Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei because of the U.S. strikes on Iran. 

Khamenei’s father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and reportedly his wife and son were killed........
