Will SNAP benefits be paid in November?
(NEXSTAR) – As the federal government shutdown endures for a third week, states have started to issue concerning warnings: Funding for food assistance is about to dry up.
"SNAP benefits for November won’t be issued if the federal government shutdown continues past Oct. 27," warned Texas' Health and Human Services Department.
