Fox News contributor Hugh Hewitt said the quiet part out loud during his radio show Wednesday: Israel doesn’t really want a peace deal brokered between the U.S. and Iran; they want major concessions, full-scale regime change, or total capitulation.

Axios reported Wednesday that the White House believes it is close to securing a peace deal with Iran, laid out in a 14-point, one-page memo. The provisions reportedly include Iran’s commitment to a moratorium on nuclear enrichment, the U.S. lifting sanctions and unfreezing billions in frozen Iranian assets and both sides freeing up the Strait of Hormuz.
